Shipping Costs

We offer shipping from our Melbourne Studio to anywhere in Australia for a $14.95 flat rate for Standard Shipping and $20 Express Shipping Australia wide.

Shipping Cost: $14.95 per order

Standard shipping is free for eligible* online orders over $200*

*This does not include products in the Hire Range

Delivery Time: Victoria: 2–5 business days*
Interstate (Metro to Metro): 3–6 business days*

Express Post

Shipping Cost: $20.00 per order

Delivery Time: 1-3 business days*

Oversized & Custom Shipping

We are able to arrange alternate carriers for oversized or custom care orders. This may apply for furniture items and or larger sculptural works. 

In this instance, contact us directly via support@renascencestudio.com.au and we will advise you on freight costs and delivery time estimates.

Many of our Home Goods are one-of-a-kind, pre-owned and unpackaged. As a result they often require alternative carriers and/or professional packaging to ensure that they make it to their new home in one piece. Product listings of this nature will generally only be available via In store pick-up, and this will be clearly specified on the individual product listing.

Reserving Items

Due to the single SKU nature of our inventory, products cannot be reserved online or in store. As most items are one-of-a-kind we recommended checking out as soon as possible to secure the item.

Orders will be confirmed once you’ve made payment at checkout. 

Opening Times

Support is available Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm AEST. Any questions or feedback will be responded to during these hours. Support is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Order Fulfilment

Online Orders placed between Tuesday and Thursday will be dispatched on Friday.* 

Online Orders placed between Friday and Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday.*

*This excludes Hire Orders which will be dispatched in accordance with your booking period. 

If you do require your goods urgently we recommend you select the Express Post option at checkout.
