Starting from just $6.95, you can add Accidental Damage Protection to your order, giving you peace of mind against unexpected mishaps. Should your rented garment experience significant staining, tearing, or other major damage, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, up to 120% of the garment's RRP.

Minor issues are generally forgiven, but severe damage that makes a garment unsuitable for future rentals may not be. With this protection, you're covered up to $200 per order. If the damage exceeds $500 and the garment is beyond repair, you may still be liable for the remaining balance.

Please keep in mind, Accidental Damage Protection does not cover:

Lost or stolen items
Returns that are lost in transit (unless you can provide proof of lodging or scanning)
Non-clothing items like bags, headwear, belts, accessories, or jewellery
Damage that is intentional or caused by extreme negligence
